Delete from the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly in the Bookd mobile app:

1. Open the Bookd app and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

support@addisbookd.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it's you. We'll action it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and account login
• Your bookings and booking history
• Your favorite businesses
• Your notifications
• Profile photos you uploaded

What is kept

Reviews you've left remain visible to help other customers, but they are anonymized and no longer linked to your identity. Deletion is immediate; any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
