By accessing or using Bookd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bookd is a booking management platform that connects service businesses (such as barbershops, salons, and spas) with customers. The Service enables businesses to manage appointments, staff schedules, and customer relationships, and allows customers to discover and book services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Business Accounts

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, service listings, pricing, and staff details. Businesses must honor confirmed bookings or notify customers of any changes in a timely manner.

5. Booking Policy

Bookings made through the platform are agreements between the customer and the business. Bookd facilitates this connection but is not a party to the service agreement. Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses.

6. Payments

Currently, all payments are handled directly between businesses and customers (cash). Bookd does not process payments at this time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bookd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bookd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
